The 5th GASVESSEL Consortium General Assembly took place on the 31st October in Buttrio(Udine), Italy. Consortium partners visited the different components of the pilot line guided by Giovanni Fratti and Giuseppe Monteverdi.
On October 30th and 31st GAVESSEL consortium had two important full day meetings that were attended by all the Partners.
October 30th was dedicated to the complete analysis of progress and alignment of activities, results and targets hit by Work Packages 6, 7 and 9. Also, the 3rd exploitation workshop took place led by Oscar Smulders from PNO Consultants. The consortium was split into 3 groups per business case. Total of 3 business cases divided per break out group (Mediterranean, Barentsz, Black Sea) were discussed by asking the questions:
- Who are the clients? Top 5-10 And why?
- Why would they invest in GASVESSEL
- Showstoppers (SWO analysis)
- What is the investment needed to roll out?
October 31st was dedicated to the Consortium General Assembly which opened with Mr.Loris Cok addressing the attendees as coordinator and starting the assembly activities according to the agenda. All work package leaders presented their work done and discussed the future plans for GASVESSEL. Overall a very productive consortium meeting was held, all the organisation was successful and all agenda points were accepted and discussed.
